Mr. Gottlieb’s practice focuses on real estate and civil trials and appeals, particularly in the areas of real estate, title insurance, zoning, insurance coverage, probate and personal injury litigation. He has tried and argued cases in all the Massachusetts courts and the United States District Court and Court of Appeals. He has served as co-chairperson of the Boston Bar Association Title and Conveyancing Committee. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association, and the Real Estate Bar Association.
A graduate of Colgate University and Boston College Law School, Mr. Gottlieb has practiced since 1972 and has the highest rating, AV, in Martindale Hubbell Law Directory.
Giles L. Krill, Esq. - Associate
Mr. Krill has over ten years of diverse legal experience, focusing on commercial litigation, real estate, environmental and land use law. His practice includes the representation of individuals and businesses, including developers, insurers, and lenders. Mr. Krill’s litigation experience includes all aspects of pre-trial discovery, motion practice and argument, as well as the actual trial and appeal.
Mr. Krill was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in January of 2001. He is a graduate of Kenyon College and Boston College Law School. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Krill served as a law clerk for the now Chief Justice of the Massachusetts Land Court, Hon. Karyn F. Scheier, and as a staff attorney for the Justices of the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts.
